Not gonna lie, the cabinets look fine overall, but for what I paid, I was expecting a bit more. Some of the finishes felt cheaper than they should, and a few details weren’t as clean or polished as I hoped. They’re not terrible, but I don’t feel like I got the best value for the money...

We had KraftMaid cabinets put in last year, and the doors look good overall. A couple of them needed adjusting after install because they weren’t lining up quite Right, but it wasn’t anything super dramatic.
The drawers are where I’m more split. Some of them glide really smooth, but a few are stiff or don’t fully close unless you give them an extra Push, which gets a little annoying day to day.

Overall, they do look nice in the kitchen, so I’m not unhappy. I just expected the door and drawer function to be a little more consistent for the price. Not bad, not Amazing either

I had a question about my cabinet order and reached out to customer service, and they got back to me the next day, which was fine, and the person helping me was actually really nice and took the time to look into the details instead of just sending some generic copy-paste reply, so I appreciated that.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to follow up once before everything got moving, but after that they handled it well and overall it was a good experience.

The info was kind of unclear to me. Compared to other things I’ve used, I felt like this could’ve explained things a little better and been easier to follow.

At first, these cabinets looked nice, and I was happy with how they looked in the room. But after maybe 3 or 4 months, the finish started chipping around the doors, which was disappointing. A couple of the hinges also feel a bit loose already. For the price, I expected them to hold up for at least a few years, not just a few months.

The website had some helpful info here and there, so I kept thinking I was getting somewhere, but then it would turn frustrating again. I had a hard time finding the cabinet details I needed, the pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu kept sending me around in circles. Kind of a mixed experience overall.

I had a good experience picking out options for my kitchen. There were a lot of custom choices, which made it easy to get things the way I wanted. If my experience is anything to go by, they’re a solid choice for anyone looking to personalize their kitchen a bit.

Compared to a few other places we looked, there were a lot more cabinet styles and colors to choose from here, which made it easy to find something close to what we had in mind. My only wish is that the samples were a bit bigger so it would’ve been easier to picture the final look...

I ordered KraftMaid cabinets through a local dealer, with the retailer also involved in the process, and it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. Two doors showed up damaged and one cabinet was the wrong size, and instead of getting a clear answer, I kept getting bounced back and forth between the dealer and the retailer.
The cabinets themselves are fine, I guess. Nothing amazing, but not awful either. Then suddenly the whole experience just went from annoying to ridiculous because it took weeks to get anyone to actually help. For what these cost, I really expected the process to be smoother.

My cabinets showed up with no dents or scratches at all. The boxes had plenty of padding, and the corners were protected "really well." I was a little worried about shipping, but everything arrived safe and in great shape.

I ordered cabinets from kraftmaid.com and I was a little nervous. You measure, you double-check, then you still wonder if something is going to be off. But when they showed up, the sizes were right on. Like, actually matched what I had measured. Everything fit into the wall space with no weird gaps or awkward spaces. Big relief. Turned out really nice.

A couple of the cabinet doors showed up with some marks on them, and one of the hinges was a bit off. I was annoyed at first since we had already waited awhile for the order to come in.
Customer service did get everything sorted out though. They asked me to send some photos, shipped the replacements, and even followed up after. It wasn’t exactly quick, but they handled it and the kitchen looks really good now. Taking off one star just for the delay.

I’ve had these cabinets for 6 years now, and they’re still holding up and actually still look good. Which is nice, because apparently expecting things to last more than a couple years is asking a lot these days.

I had a really nice experience visiting the showroom and checking out the samples. The whole place had something about it... just felt easy to look around and get a feel for the options...

Like, the quality feels solid and I was happy at first, but then a couple of them showed up with dents and chipped corners, which was frustrating right out of the gate. I get that shipping stuff this big can be rough, but still, when you’re spending that much money, you just want everything to show up in one piece, you know? Customer service was helpful and got the replacements started, so that part was fine, but it definitely slowed down the whole project and added stress I wasn’t planning on. Not a horrible experience overall, just kind of annoying.

I liked that the main costs were shown upfront, so I could kind of see the pattern of what I’d be paying before getting too far in. The only thing that threw me off was a few extra charges that didn’t fit as neatly into that, so I had to pause and figure out where they came from...

I was in a decent mood putting these on because the fit was actually good. The doors lined up mostly fine, though there was one tiny alignment issue that took a little fiddling. Nothing major, just a small annoyance

We ordered cabinets from KraftMaid, and the color turned out just like the door sample we had at home!! I was a little worried it might look different once it was in our kitchen lighting, but it matched really well. No weird surprise shade or anything.
